Terms and delivery conditions apply to all deliveries from DRONEPILOT.GL. If you do not find the answer below, please feel free to contact us.

By ordering the goods on DRONEPILOT.GL, you agree to the terms of this agreement. You can always find the applicable terms on this page. It also refers to the general rules of sale and contract law of the Danish law, including the rules on consumer sales.

Prices and special Offers

All prices are in Danish kroner including VAT and excise, orders from Greenland are exclusive of VAT and it is required that delivery be made directly to a Greenlandic address.

Fees per Shipping and may vary depending on the number of items, product type, weight and volume. The delivery costs are calculated and stated prior to the execution of the purchase.

Delivery is generally through freight forwarder and prices vary.

Quote, invoice, etc. will be sent from the E-conomics accounting system.

There is always a reservation for typos, sold-out goods, price changes from suppliers and changes in VAT and taxes.

Payment

The following Nordic credit cards can be paid for: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard and Visa Electron. A card fee may be charged.

It is possible to make a bank transfer to DRONEPILOT.GL account. However, this means that the order processing may take longer than usual, since bank transfers – unless immediate transfer is selected, can be several days to get through.

The money will be reserved on your account when the order is placed on DRONEPILOT.GL. However, we will only deduct the money in your account when the items are shipped to your desired delivery address. For part deliveries, only the amount that corresponds to the actual receipt is deducted. If it turns out that we are able to deliver all or part of your order to Forventningikke, you will only be charged for the actual delivery. The invoice is sent by e-mail. The invoice does not contain sensitive information.

Security when paying for purchases

We use encryption to protect your information from third parties. We can never draw more than the amount you have accepted for your order. In legal order, you are asked so that you can get a refund if:

  • The item is not delivered
  • You use your right of withdrawal – see the section below
  • Funds are raised from your account without your prior consent

Personal data

We only store the information necessary to complete your order-including email and product data that pertain to you. All customer information and information about orders will be treated strictly confidentially and will never be passed on to third parties. Under Danish law, the information is stored for five years.

Delivery

When ordering, the order is sent within 1-2 weekdays. The exceptions are those where it is indicated that it is a longer delivery order item. Normal delivery time for addresses in Denmark is 1-2 weekdays after order submission. All items are shipped either with GLS, Bring or Postnord. All items are delivered as long as supplies last. Timely delivery assumes that the freight forwarder complies with the delivery agreement of 1-2 business days. In the event of a delay by the freight forwarder, this will delay the delivery in relation to the requested delivery date.

Postage and freight

We strive to deliver our products to our customers during 1-2 business days. All our deliveries are done through our order system and usually happen automatically. A freight charge of DKK 39.00 will be charged at delivery points and 49 for distribution to the address in Denmark. Shipping rates abroad including Greenland may vary. All orders made before 17.00 are usually sent on the same day. This applies to both business and private addresses. We ship to Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Withdrawal of purchase and return

According to the consumer contract, you have 14 days right after receipt of the goods. Upon withdrawal, the product must be in substantially the same condition as on receipt and the item must be returned in its original packaging. If the above is not followed, we will make an assessment as to whether the product has lost value. If this is the case, it will be deducted from the return amount.

The return court is automatically waived upon activation of the drone.

Missing in the package

If the contents of the package do not match the included invoice, you must advertise within a reasonable time. Otherwise, the right to object to faulty or defective delivery shall be forfeit.

Manuals

Typically, the manuals for the products on DRONEPILOT.GL will stand in Danish or English. However, it is not always provided with manuals where they can be found online. This is not something we can guarantee, as it is not dronepilot.gl that produce the products in the webshop.

Complaints

You have 2 years ‘ warranty from the receipt of the item, however, you must advertise within a reasonable time after you have identified a defect. The purchasing law’s deficiency rules may apply. The right of complaint means that you can complain about errors and omissions that appear up to 2 years after you received the item.

The warranty is void if the defect is caused by the buyer, for example as a result of erroneous or unauthorized repair or use. Complaints can be made through contact with the DRONEPILOT.GL, where specially trained personnel are prepared to correct deficiencies. You are responsible for backing up all existing material on submitted products.

If the staff cannot remedy the defect, the product will be shipped to the manufacturer of an external repair shop in Germany.

Transport damage

When you receive your goods, check for any visible damage. If the packaging is damaged or has other visible signs of defect, you must sign the consignment note – subject to any damage to the contents. You can also refuse to accept the item. Please contact customer service and announce that you have rejected the item. All transport damage must be notified within 2 business days.

How to handle a defective item

If you would like to advertise via DRONEPILOT.GL customer service, please always provide the order number, product type and a brief description of the error. You will then be contacted for further progress.

Offer

Customer service can help you tailor a delivery service that is right for you. You are welcome with questions, rice and praise and various inquiries. We want you to be satisfied with us and our products. We work towards long-term customer relationships. The same applies to wholesale orders and larger quantities-contact us finally for a non-binding offer. All offers given are binding on the seller for 14 days.

Repair conditions

Upon delivery of service and/or repair cases to DRONEPILOT.GL, the following shall be observed:

  • Attach only defective and damaged parts.
  • Always attach the repair slip that can be printed after the service case is recreated.
  • Do not attach any extra accessories, such as batteries, bag, propellers, remote control, cables-unless these are defective.
  • Do not attach any liquid/water damaged drones or accessories, as these are always rejected. Neither DJI nor DRONEPILOT.GL can vouch for repairs to liquid/water-damaged drones or accessories as safety is subsequently not guaranteed.
  • Please note that it is not possible to receive defective and/or old parts returned after repair at dronepilot.gl or at DJI.

Examination fee

By creating an RMA case and sending your product to the DRONEPILOT.GL repair shop, it is accepted that a study fee of DKK 399,-.

The examination fee shall be charged only if it appears that the product is not faulty or the products submitted or if it exceeds the warranty period or if the product has not been acquired by DRONEPILOT.GL. 


Examples:

  • An examination fee is imposed if a product is submitted as a Without any defects on the product or if the fault is caused by the Consumer.
  • A review fee is imposed if the consumer considers that there is a Error on the product, but the error is due to lack of update, calibration or similar.
  • A study fee is charged if the product was not purchased from DRONEPILOT.GL. It is the customer’s responsibility that all of the enclosed and Described as accurately as possible. DRONEPILOT.GL is not responsible for Lost or missing parts, if these are not described in the case (These parts will also be checked through upon receipt of the case).
